The first step in creating a metaverse space is to envision what the space will look like. In this case, we have created a tropical island with a beach hut, sandy beach, and a fire pit area hidden in the hills. This initial 3D build was created in VR using Gravity Sketch and all content was hand-sculpted by Ren. The goal was to create a space that would be inviting and relaxing for the EXO Angels to gather and engage with.
Once the initial design was created, the next step was to prepare the space in Cinema4D and Unity for real-time deployment on the Metaverse. This process involves taking the 3D models created in VR and refining them for use in real-time 3D environments. We had to optimize the assets to ensure that they would be efficient, as performance is a key factor in creating a seamless virtual experience.
Once the space is prepared for real-time deployment, we will be ready to move on to the next phase of the process, which will involve adding hidden tokens and NFTs for visitors to discover and mint. This is a critical step in the process, as it adds a layer of interactivity to the space and provides visitors with the opportunity to engage with the EXO Angels in a meaningful way.
One important consideration in creating a metaverse space is ensuring that it is accessible to a wide range of people. To achieve this, we are working to ensure that the space will be compatible with different devices and platforms. This means optimizing the experience for mobile devices, VR headsets, and desktop computers.
